CHF diagnosed on a cardiac cta?

Besides echocardiogram,  can a cardiac ct angiogram also diagnose CHF? I had an echocardiogram done 2 weeks ago, but didn't get my results yet,  but will Monday as well as my holter test. My cardiologist reluctantly did the echo and holter. I'm fatigued and short of breath all the time,  except when I'm sleeping. My hr dropped to 61 walking to my kitchen and my o2 sat dropped to 93 for a brief second.  But trying to get a few things from the store I was extremely fatigued but my hr was 115... barely walking.  I'm only 150 pounds, and used to be so active. This has affected my career as I haven't been able to work. I'm only 45 :( I'm worried this is CHF. I have great blood pressure. Thanks in advance.

Your symptoms are fatigue and elevated heart rate at low physical activity.
There can be so much reasons for that besides CHF, so why are you thinking of CHF?.
It could be something simple like anemia, or is blood work already done?.

A CT angiogram  is not the 1st choice for testing CHF.

I guess my mind is going there.... The worst scenario. I'm not getting answers,  and googling, that's what comes up.  I did have blood work, my gp told me that I wasn't anemic,  but getting there. Had thyroid too, labs, as my schedule I take it got messed with by another doctor. The cardiologist did the cardiac cta beginning of Jan. because I was having chest pain. All started 12 weeks ago, complete health, then inhalation injury from bleach vapors, had shortness of breath and fatigued since.  The military pulmonologist despite clear symptoms didn't treat me because my spurometry test was close to normal. Had a ct with contrast,  normal. The injury caused esophageal burns as well as swallowing trouble, now gone. Vocal cord dysfunction,  now gone with speech therapy. The esophageal burns (chest pain) were diagnosed by a scope,  before they did the scope,  I had to have a cardioology workup, that's why the cardiologist did a cardiac cta, 0 calcium score,  great blood pressure, that cleared me to get the esophageal scope. My gp said I needed to get back to cardiology as my hr dropped tho 58. I can't help but google, because nobody is telling me what they are searching for. I just don't understand, why all of a sudden these issues and nobody is reassuring me of anything.
