COQ10 for CHF

Hi, I am wondering if anyone takes this supplement for CHF? It is supposed to help greatly with heart function and energy, I have heard. Does anyone here take it or any professionals have opinions on this? Thanks.

Oh, too many ... or just the normal ones ??

Enalapril
Carvedilol
Epleronone
Aliskiren
Atorvastatin
Aspirin
Torasemide

If I did not forget any.

Plus quite a few complements..... that my dr. says have no effect.

What heart medications are you on?

It is as I was expecting ... I feel nothing ... just be sure that I do not have side effects from statins.

If you go to amounts, like 100mg of ubiquinol, which it is more absorb-able than ubiquinone, you might feel a decrease in your BP.

What is your opinion though? You take it, how do you feel while taking it?

Yes I take it in addition to Omega-3, Taurine and D-Ribose.

The reason it is not for the CHF itself but because I take statins for my cholesterol and they are supposed to inhibit the body production of Q10.

My cardiologist think that they only have a "placebo" effect abd are useless.
