303: Right Ventricular Hypertrophy? V1, V5
203: Right Axis Deviation
Hi,
Distended neck veins are a sign of right heart failure/pulmonary hypertension and with the ECG showing right ventricular hypertrophy/Right axis deviation, this possibility can’t be ruled out.
I’ll suggest you to get an echocardiography done as it’ll be the most suitable and specific test to find out the underlying cause. It’ll tell the status of the heart muscle and how well the heart is functioning.
The good news is that your heart size is normal in the x-ray chest which is a very good sign and it indicates that the heart function has not been significantly compromised.
