The only way to tell if you have regurgitationAortic insufficiency Mitral regurgitation - acute Mitral regurgitation - chronic is to have an echo-cardiogram....When were you diagnosed with mvp ? Did they do an echo then? If they did then the regurg would have shown up......If it was along time ago you should have another one..
