Muscular Apical Ventricular Septal Defect with left to right

Two days before my son was diagnose with Muscular Apical Ventricular Septal Defect with left to right. shunt and maximum PG=112 mm Hg. Rest is ok

previous history pateint is very healthy near had any file expect for verial fever once in six months. never should any sign of exhaustion or tiredness while playing. Very active and naughty.

This is discover when dr. need to make him full GE, to make root canal treatement on one toot then it was notice. After this dental remove the tooth.

Dr. advice it should self limit at the age 7.and no need any medication.

My question what precautions to be taken. what are the side effects for his growth.
