My love one has a pace maker/defib

He has an injection/infraction level of 26 / it's been six months//he had anoxia to his brain and heart /he started out with a level of 15 / so he is improving?? How long can he live with such a low injection/infraction level.......He is not on oxygen therapy..??.........
