Severe hypokinesia left ventricular

Having difficulty with my digestion and also having acid reflux after eating, this is most of the times. I had an Angiogram last April and found Right Coronary at 50%, Left Ventricular LV was grade11-111 with severe hypokinesia of the mid and apical anterolateral wall. EDP was 18mmHg.
The report conclusion was that I have severe coranary artery disease with total occlusion of the proximal LAD with no filling of mid and distal LAD and collateral filling of septal and diagonal branches and grade 11-111 left ventricle.
Advise to take Nitro Spray when needed, and # 4 Nitor-Dur.
I would think that a better solution would be given under these situations?? Never had open surgery in the past.

I would consult your gp to talk to a surgeon about it he may be able to help.
