Sharp pain in neck and chest vein, left side

For the last week I have felt sharp pain in what feels like my veins in my chest on the left side.  This pain has been daily and concerns me due to where it is.  Today I started getting that same sharp pain in what feels like the vein in my neck on the left side.  I was born with a heart murmur and four years ago I was told I have PVC's (premature ventricular contractions) but the cardiologist said there was nothing for me to worry about.  Not sure if the sharp pain I'm getting now is a big deal.  My doctor is booked until May so I was just looking for some opinions on what may be happening.  The only other symptoms I've had this week are a somewhat depressed mood and feeling very tired and unable to really concentrate. I'm female, 36 years old.
