Sharpe pains on my left side of my chest under my nipple area.

Hello, my name is Jon i am 28 years of age, and for the past year I have been getting sharp pains on my left side of my chest under my nipple area. The pain last for about a seond and happens about 20 times a min. I also find that the pain sometimes go's down my left arm into my second last finger
The best way for me to make the pain stop is by cracking my fingers on my left hand or flicking my arm very fast.
Also I find it is very hard for me to sleep on my left side because a pain starts to happen

The pain comes and go's but the past few days it's been bad.

Any help would be great
