Strange Symptoms - Need advice

2 years ago I was diagnosed with COPD. Last September I was hospitalized and found out I have Congestive Heart Failure and a very enlarged heart. My eyes have been doing the weirdest things - and nobody in the eye clinic can figure it out although they've tried every eye drop and test they can think of. My eyes are bright red most of the time and the pressure goes from being dangerously high to normal. This changes daily. When my heart is really bad my eyes go back to normal without any redness but when my heart is working better my eyes act up again. Now I have burning pain in my feet - sometimes it's like someone hitting them with a torch. Very painful and takes me completely by surprise. When that started (a couple weeks ago) it was only once in awhile. Now it is continual - never letting up.
My Cardiologist swears my feet cannot be connected in any way to my heart condition and my Internist thinks it must be a circulatory problem.
Now I'm supposed to see a Neurologist.
Has anyone seen this list of conditions before? Any combination of these things?
If so, did you ever get a correct diagnosis?
This has been going on way too long and I'm not getting any answers.
Of course, I'm going to the county hospital so every appointment is a month away. Nothing happens quickly there.
Anything anyone can suggest will be greatly appreciated.

I can't be much help on your diagnosis, but, I just recently went through surgery where my arm was opened up from the elbow to my shoulder, and an artery was grafted to a vein.  It's only been about 3 weeks, and I've had the burning hot pain, and electric misfiring pain going on for about 2 weeks, now.  It sounds like your doctors need to be checking your nerves.  There is a conduction test they can do to see if the nerve is misfiring or not.....it might give you some insight into what is going on with you.
