V tach does commonly occur due to the coronary artery disease but there can be other causes also which can play a role in the same. For e.g. emotional excitement, vagal stimulation, some drugs like digitalis, anti-arrhythmia drugs, valvular heart disease etc. You can undergo angiography but it’s usually indicated if some intervention has to be done like angioplasty/bypass etc. I think you should consult your cardiologist also and seek an opinion on the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
