ejection fraction

I am 49,female.  i had a sever heart attack 3 years ago in august.  triple bypass, icd, the works.  i now walk a mile a day, stayed the same weight for 2 1/2 years, now am starting to loose - took me 3 months but am losing 2lbs a month, take coreg, bumex, all the heart meds.  blood pressure is usually 106/68, so it's low.  diabetic and have started menopause.  my question is this:
i had the nuclear stress test done on the treadmill this week.  i made 85%, was winded but not out of breath, manage to run/walk like they wanted.  i have iscemia from the heart attack.  they say all is the same, which they seem happy about, no more stuff happening where it shouldn't. but my ef seems to have gotten lower.  from a 39-41 to 31.  what am i doing wrong?  they seem to be ok with this, but its making me nuts.  i am trying so hard to get better, and seems i'm not.  any answers or opinions?

i do write down the weight and sugar every day at 5am.  this past 3 weeks, my weight stayed the same, then i lost 1/2 lb. I have taken on the eating part seriously, yogurt with fresh fruit, no processed food, no salt.  i even quit drinking soda. now it's watered down sugar free cranberry juice.   i didn't know you could dehyrdrate yourself though.  i take two 1 mg of bumex a day, 3 hrs apart.  i also am on Lisinerpril, spirolactone, baby asprin and co enzime 10 (spelling), 1000 mg of vit D, crestor and tricor.  i work now to pay for medicine  LOL.  i see chf specialist and reg doctor every 3 months.  i finally got over the fear of dropping dead. sometimes i wonder if I am doing myself any good at all.
but i do thank you for answering me.   i will watch for the symptoms you mentioned to.

Do not get to hung up on the EF factor.  It may be different the next time you have it.  The main thing is that you feel well.  If your heart is getting worse, you will feel more tired, out of breath and unable to do things that you used to do before.  Coreg and Bumex are the best medications.  The Bumex really helps get the water off.  Be careful that you do not dehydrate yourself.  Are you weighing yourself daily and recording your weight?  If your weight changes every day, you need to notify your doctor (your doctor may need to adjust your Bumex dosage).  Make sure that you are eating healthy (eating mostly fresh vegetables).   Your blood pressure is good, not that low.  You seem to be taking good care of yourself!  Take care.
