heart

hi i just have a question last feb. i had  a.f . or sds to my heart  i had ejection factor of 20%  scar tissue  left vent. a heart beat of 189  out of rythem , how luck was i  , i had all the signs ,   night sweats , bed all wet  each morning . tired all the time , drank cup of coffee to hold  down  my work . flutters in my chest ,  and the  black out  sometimes  .  even driving my car  falling asleep , and no one would listen  as they could nt see i was so young  guy and its all in my head etc.  can you give me your take on this , i think this first started 5 years ago on a 13 hour flight i was on got so sick and stayed in bed for 3 days and nights  and this was the first time i saw the bed wet from sweat  , thanks m
