help

I have a dear friend that I want to help with his situation. Here it is in a nut shell. He is a 56 yr. old man ,weighs any where from 300 pounds to 350 pounds. He has congestive heart & lung failure. Back in 2002 he went into hospital for a scheduled gall stone removal. While under anesthesia he awoke mid surgery. The doctors seen this and then administered more anesthesia. He woke up 30 days later from a coma! Noticing that it wasn't just the simple holes in body for stone removal but had gall bladder removed. also had tracheotomy done. had to relearn motor skills and such. other surgeries 1983 tendon graph left arm pinkie. about 3 to 4 months ago he started feeling pins and needles in hands arms legs and such( just like when foot falls asleep) Painful to say the least. it is constant. He now states that the no longer wants to be on this earth, and i would like someone to help me help him. Any ideas or recommendations, etc. ANYTHING?

Hello. Your friend seems pretty fed up with his condition. A weight reduction program would be beneficial to reduce the load on his circulation and breathing.
