Your lipid profile is definitely deranged and you being a type 2 diabetic are at risk of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. The HDL which is good cholesterol is low and can be improved by doing some regular exercise like brisk walking for half an hour a day. LDL & Triglycerides which are bad cholesterol need to be lowered down and this is usually possible with the use of drugs like statins & fibrates along with the dietary restrictions like saturated fats (oily stuff) and taking more of white meat like fish/prawns and avoiding red meat like beef/mutton. Please do consult a physician for the advice on the drugs. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
