Hi,

Sometimes the leads of the pacemaker can touch and irritate the ligaments/pain fibers resulting in pain. The answer lies in replacing the leads again or in a good number of patients using the simple analgesics/painkillers like ibuprofen may help. I’ll suggest you consult a cardiologist and rule out the possibility of any other cause of this pain.

I sincerely hope it helps. Please do keep me posted. Kind Regards.
