tachycardia

Hello,
Could anyone solve a puzzle for me? Some years back, after some strength training exercises, I came down with many symptoms of heart failure like shortness of breath, fatigue, and an elavated bilirubin level. However, my earlier skipping heart beats  had vanished. After stopping strength training and starting  40 minute walks, the heart failure symptoms disappeared, but instead I started getting NSVT episodes.
My question is: why this odd disassociation between heart failure and NSVT when there ought to be a corelation? Also, which is more unsafe- heart failure symptoms without NSVT or NSVT without heart failure symptoms?
Thanks,
Malan

heart failure symptoms are: shortness of breath whilst sitting down, fainting, if this was happenening years ago you'd have collapsed by now, it is treatable anyway, but i dont think you have heart failure..how do you it wasnt just your heartrate increasing due to exercise

Thnx for the post. The tachycardia now tends to occur  even while I am at rest. When I was doing weights, I felt shortness of breath even while walking. This has disappeared  now on stopping weights. Is it possible that the valves were adversely affected due to weights, leading to heart failure symptoms?

Thnx for the post. I have had all these tests which show normal heart. But the doctors fail to give me a reason for the symptoms- why does the heart behave strange if it is normal? I am not sure how much to trust the test results.
