what is 35% ejection fraction life expectancy?

I am 69 yrs old and have recently been diagnosed with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (primary), mixed hyperlipidemia, non-rheumatic mitral regurgitation, and non-ischemic cardiomyopathy.  My ejection fraction is 35%.  What may I expect for life expectancy and what can I do, other than prescribed medications, to improve my condition?  I am in otherwise good health other than taking a cholesterol lowing medication.  Thank you.

Life expectancy is good with 35% EF, although you may experience some physical limitations.
However, the goal will be to keep it at 35%, or to get it higher again. (yes, it can go up again!)
Therefore beside the medication, a healthy lifestyle with physical activity as much as your health allows is important to keep your heart muscle in good condition
