On the usual oral meds for management but not doing well.Heart doses can't be maxed because I have severe low BP My current EF is around 15, which is not the lowest it has ever been. However, I am now having symptoms at rest. Even reading a story to my son makes me winded. All that is left really is inotropes. Is it time for hospice?
