QUE ME DICE DOCTOR

hola tengo 20 años y ya por motivos de dolor de pecho me e hecho un estudio como 4 ecos,1 prueba de esfuerzo,analisis,radiografia de torax.y todo salio genial,pero cuando hago ejercicio me duele el pecho no toda la parte pero una parte,hace mas de 1 año y medio que no hago deporte ni nada de esfuerzo podria ser eso?.ademas tengo la espalda contracturada.me duele el brazo izquierdo muchas veces y me aprieto y sube el volumen del dolor ademas cuando hago el brazo para atras o alg me suena un crac k podria ser problema de corazon¿?.Y DOCTOR UNA PREGUNTA MAS PUEDE TENER DOLOR EN EL PECHO Y EN EL BRAZO IZQUIERDO SIN QUE SEA ENFERMEDAD CARDIACA?.GRACIAS
