i want to know how do people do to keep the hope of losing weight when you
are already losing some, and so many tentations come along.
And you start to gain some weigth instead of losing it?
How do you do that?
I need to keep motivated but it´s so hard, I would like some help...
My goal is to change my lifestyle, not only losing weight.... this is what i say to myself... it is not the matter of for how long but of changing a little bit day by day-. If the way for you is having one day when you can eat some temptations, do it this way. Not falling into any one is almost impossible and not realistic. Have one day a week to eat pizza or whatever, for instance and follow a healthy diet the rest of the week.... I only eat two small portions of starch every day and this works for me too...
