Porque es ansiedad....la comida le da cierta saciedad...asi me paso a mi en los dos ultimos años..pero ahora lo estoy controlando.He achicado mi estomago y te aseguro que ya no como a cada rato...ademas el hecho de dejar de consumir azucar y ya no necesito comer dulces cosa que termine con la adiccion a los dulces.Solo los fin de semana como lo quiero...Tambien termine con mi adiccion a los hidratos de carbono como el pan y las facturas -
