Is Angioplasty or CABG is better in this case?

On 19 feb 13, My father has chest pain and angiogram report (please suggest best option ( Angioplasty or CABG)
LMCA : normal
LAD :Type 3 vessel,proximal LAD shows plaquing,mid LAD shows long segment tabular 50% stenosis,distal LAD shows 60% stenosis.
Diagonals :normal
LCX: non dominant, proximal LCX shows plaquing.
Marginals :major OM- ostial 99% stenosis.
RCA: Dominant,proximal RCA shows plaquing,mid RCA shows discrete 90% stenosis (best profiled in RAO),distal RCA shows plaquing.
LV : Posterobasal hypokinesia, Impaired LV systolic function, LVEF-45%
