LIMA Blockage

I am a 47 year old man whose problem started when I was 39. My LAD was 90% occluded. Six months later , that stent occluded and another one was placed . I had occlusions in that area several more times resulting in cardiac damage . In 2011 I had double by pass surgery. A few months ago I started experiencing chest pain and fatigue. After the typical exams, I ended up in the cath lab. The LIMA did not take and a another stent was placed to open the same area where I had problem before. I exercise daily, do  not smoke , eat healthy and take my meds regularly. I do not understand why the by pass did not work.

As far as I understand, inflammation is one of the reasons for that.

To try to reduce it, I do the following:

1) Try to avoid stress
2) I perform relaxation techniques for 20-30 minutes daily.
3) I take Omega 3
4) I try to get good levels on Vitamin D, Zinc and magnesium, to have a balanced immunitary system
5) I eat 5 small meals a day to minimize glucose peaks
6) I drink Green Tea
7) I minimize my sugar intake
8) I minimize the use of carbonate drinks
9) I avoid canned foods, to avoid chemicals.
10) I try to live in an environment with as little air pollution as I can
11) I try to avoid other contaminants (do not use plastic containers, tefal pans ....)

I also would like to eat meat and fish feed naturally, but this it is impossible for the average person today.
