Stress test result: Downsloping ST segment, T wave inversions

What is the significance of the following on a treadmill stress test? Cardiac blood work up normal, normal chest X-ray, normal ECG's, no chest pain.
1. Unstable baseline and artifact could adversely affect interpretation
2. downsloping ST segment and T wave inversions, in lead 111 only, which persists into recovery  suggestive of ischemia.
3.isolated PVC;s  with exercise persisting into recovery.
Thanks!

Thank you so much for your reply.  Another echo test I had done listed the following. If you would be so kind what is your take on the following:
1. Doppler parameters were consistent with abnormal left ventricular relaxation (grade 1 diastolic dysfunction).
2. Left atrium: The atrium was mildly dilated.
3. Mitral valve: Mild regurgitation.
Is this something to worry about and could this be reversible (diet, exercise, etc..)?
Thanks again!

Hi, artifacts are interferences in study results. And the downsloping could indicate ischemia of the cardiac muscle, but the changes have to be present in reciprocal leads also, here a single lead may not be significant. PVC is premature ventricular contraction. The normal heart has an electrical system which works rhythmically. In PVCs there is an additional electrical system, which impinges on the normal one thus causing distortion of the usual rhythm of the heart, that’s why you are able to perceive the heart beat referred to as palpitations. They usually do not need any therapy unless the PVCs are associated with underlying heart disease and periods of ventricular tachycardia. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance. Regards.
