complications post surgery

Hi, I recently underwent breast reduction and lift surgery in Bangkok. I am 14 days post op, and my right breast has healed very well, and is almost painless now. However the left breast which has been more painful since the op is not healing well, it is looking very bruised and is now weeping a bloody serum from the midline incision. It has become wonky and appears to have pulled apart on the upper layers of skin surface. There is a constant throbbing pain worse when I stand or sit, it eases slightly overnight with laying down. It is still scabby so hard to see what is going on. I finished oral antibiotics 2 days ago, Dicloxa 500mg 4 times daily. But am using antibiotic dressing with antibiotic ointment twice daily, cleaning with sterle saline solution and betadine. Ive tried cool packs for pain relief without effect. I am orally taking Rodase , Tramadol 150mg and Tylex 30mg/500mg for pain relief this gives some but not complete painrelief. Can you advise me if I should resume oral antibiotics until my appointment back in Bangkok in 2 weeks time.

Thankyou

It would not be appropriate or advisable to recommend therapy without a direct examination.  The drainage may be due to fat necrosis, an infection or both.  You need to be seen in consultation by a local physician and obtain a culture of the draining area to determine what, if any, bacteria are the source of the problem and their antibiotic sensitivities.
