lipo-transfer for breast tissue

i have an elderly family member who wishes to
give me her breast tissue once she passes on . i have very small & unattractive breast . the rest of the women in my family have nearly perfect medium to large breast but i do not . is there anyway that lipo-transfer can help in that i can have her natural breast tissue implanted into my breasts ? i have saline breast implants that i wish to remove . the implants look great but i do not like the idea of having something foreign in my body and i am unsatsfied with the way they feel . i dont want to have sex nor do i enjoy sex because of my breasts . before and after my breast augmentation sex was not desirable to me due to my breast shape .

The transfer of tissue from one individual to another is fraught with rejection problems (unless the transfer occurs between identical twins).  To my knowledge, the transfer of breast tissues between individuals has never been performed and would require a lifetime of powerful anti-rejection drugs.  In addition, such a transfer would require living tissue and microvascular surgery.
