2 Very different sized breasts

Hello,
One of my breasts is significantly larger than the other, atleast a cup an 1/2 size bigger. I was told that my insurance may cover implants because it would be considered a deformity and it can affect my emotions and confidence. This does bother me on a personal level very much. Do you know if this is true, would insurance cover the augmentation?

Most insurance companies will pre-authorize any surgery that they agree to cover.  A pre-authorization request is usually obtained by your surgeon after he/she submits a letter accompanied with photos and proper insurance coding for the procedure.  This way you can obtain a written confirmation that the procedure will be covered.
