2 weeks postop for Smartlipo

I am 2 weeks post-op for smartlipo on flanks & stomach.  Still have pain & swelling on lower abs.  How long am I supposed to wear the sx. garment and will my stomach return to normal.  I can't even wear pants right now.....pls. help!

I find that it usually takes about one month for significant visual improvement to occur after liposuction.  Final results often take three to four months or more.  Two weeks after the procedure is too early to expect and signiciant results.  Some discomfort at this time is not uncommon.
