Accessory Breast Tissue

I has lipo to remove the "Accessory Breast Tissue" under both my arms a few years ago.
The right side looks much better, but the left side still has a noticable lump, but slightly smaller than befor the lipo.

It has bothered me (embarrassed me) since it first appeared in puberty.
I first thought it was just because I was puddgy throught puberty, but came to realize it was an extra breast growing under my are.  I still feel like a freak.

It has a hard feeling to it.  Should I try lipo again?  Or surgery?  If I chose surgery, what time frame should I plan on for recovery?

Liposuction is primarily used to remove fat, but it can also be performed to removed breast tissue to some degree.  The advantage of liposuction is the very small incisions used to remove that tissue.  Another attempt at lipo of the area may be worth trying, but there is no certainty that this will be successful.  Surgical excision will be certain to remove the tissue, but you must be willing to accept the resulting surgical scar.  Recovery from surgical excision would be one to two weeks maximum depending on the amount of tissue to be removed.
