Are "Totally Tubular" breasts fixable?

Are "Totally Tubular" breasts fixable?

I have recently lost 180 lbs without any type of bariatric surgery or banding. (I used Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating Program)...It took approximately one year to lose that much weight, and although I am taking it the slow and healthy way, I still have another 100 lbs to lose, but it is coming off, and staying off. My question is about breast...well, repair, actually...and not only due to losing so much weight; I have always felt that my breasts were almost deformed. I have hidden them all my life and have never felt very pretty or feminine because of them. Where my breasts are "attached" to the chest wall,at the base, they are only about 2  1/2 or 3 inches wide from top to bottom (one is even smaller),and about 3 to 4 inches wide from side to side..again, this is their dimension where they attach at the chest wall...they also seem to be too high up on my chest and because of this narrow attachment, they appear more tubular than spherical. Can they be surgically fixed?  I don't need them to be enormous, just more rounded at the base and more lifted. Or should I forget about it and continue to fool people with amazingly-engineered foundation garments made with baling twine and re-bar that make them appear to defy gravity? (as you've probably guessed, I'm only laughing on the outside...) I've never had any type of cosmetic surgery, ever. I am 49 and have no children, and I've never been married. I'm still getting my monthly cycles. ( Unfortunately, it's also quite apparent that I'll soon need the ' bat wings' on my upper arms' taken in',due to the weight loss, before I wave hello on the street one day and unwittingly take flight)...any professional advice would be most appreciated.(Of the surgical type, thank you)

The simple answer to your question as to whether your breasts can be reshaped is an emphatic yes.  Complete your weight loss before any surgery is performed.  The surgery will likely require some form of augmentation with an associated lift.  In addition, removal of excess skin from your lateral chest wall will further improve breast shape.
