Bilateral tubular breast deformity

Bilateral tubular breast deformity

I am 32 and have had over 5 surgerys done do to having my breast deformity. I just had 4 surgerys done in the past 2yrs due to breast tissue hardening around my left implant. I do not have alot money and this has effect my whole life. I know there are no doctors who do free work for breast reconstruction, but are there any that do pro bon work I need help. I can fit any of my bras.I orignally went to this doctor to casue of my left implant becoming hard again an a divot in the inferior aspect of the left nipple. He said he could fix this and I would need 2 or 3surgerys.My 1st surgey went well and told me that i needed a 2nd surgey cause he felt that there was still a considerable divot inferior to the left nipple which required further work. He then insisted on doing a right mastopexy and I did not have cause there was nothing wrong with the right side and never had any problems. I had the 2nd surgery and he stated that he i need a lateral based inferiorly adipocutaneous flap to rotate into the soft tissue paucity, I really didn't want this done but he assured me that the tissue would not harden again with this procedure and revison to the nipple would be done so I had this surgery done. After surgery he told me that my left implant had to be replaced cause the tissue was starting to harden again. I had a 3rd surgery to have a left-side fat injection and nipple revision and then was talked into have a right-side mastopexy becasue it would look better.A couple months after this surgery the scarring on my right breast and left side were very prominet and not getting better so the doctor said he could do a revision and that was all. I had this last surgery and found out he replaced my right implant with a smaller implant which I never agreed to and now not only is my right breast smaller but it is also cone shaped now and are not the same size.Is there a board certified plastic surgeon who can help me please??I just want my breast corrected and to be able to wear bras.

You have a very complex situation that will required additional surgery to correct.  It seems your options include returning to your surgeon to see if additional procedures could be agreed to be done at no charge.  The ther option would be to seek help at the nearest university hospital with a plastic surgery teaching program
