Birthmark on the eyelids

Hi! I live in India and i have a 16 months old daughter.Right from birth she has a birthmark which is black in colour on  her left  upper and lower eyelids.when she closes her eyelids its in a shape of a small circle and everyone things i have applied eyeliner.It doesn't seem to fade away and neither has it increased in size. But I am quite worried about it b'cos as she grows up, she is definetly going to be conscious about it.I did show her to an opthalmologist here and her says not to do anything in the eye area and just to leave it like that. The mark is only on the skin and how can it be removed. Is there anyone in India whom you know can do anything for this? please advise.

There are excellent plastic surgeons in India who can advise you on the best mode of treatment and treatment timing.  Treatment could range from laser therapy to excision and grafting of the lid skin.  I do not know of a specific surgeon to refer you.
