Breast Aug...Where to start??

I want to get breast augmentation done.  I am thinking about in the next month or so.  But I want to go to a good doctor.  I had Lasik done 2 years ago (yes I'm aware completely different things) But I am in glasses again full time so I want to make sure to steer clear of docs in it just for the money.  Its expensive and a lifetime thing that can't exactly be hidden if it's messed up.  
So I guess my questions are : How much does this operation typically cost?  How long does it usually take for surgery and recovery?  How do you find the right doctor for the job?
I have tons more questions. But if I can get an idea of these things, then I think the doctor I find will be able to answer the rest of these.  
I don't want to get taken by spending too much and I don't want to spend too little but get a bad doctor......Any suggestions would help. Thanks!

Start by asking your local primary care doctor for a referral or two.  Go to several consultations to see who you are most comfortable with.  Cost for the procedure varies from area to area and will also depend on the type of implant selected and the type of anesthesia and facility where the procedure is performed.  An exact quote can only me done at the time of a consultation.  Be sure the physciain is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (you can do this online).
