Breast Growth after 2 reductions

I had Liposuction reduction in both breasts in June 05.  Within a few months my breasts started grownng and the right one doubled in size than what it was prior to surgery.  I had the full surgical reduction in Dec 06.  I had 2 lbs removed from my right and 1 lb removed from my left.  My right breast has started growing again.  It is almost back to the size it was prior to surgery.  It is painful, very dense and hard.  I cannot do a self exam as I can't feel anything other than hardness.  I can no longer run as my breasts hurt for days afterwards.  I am a 36c/d in my left and am growing back to a 36 dd/e in my right.

Why would this be happening?  I'm 47.

Breast tissue effectively consists of fat and glandular tissue.  Enlargement of the breast can be due to weight gain, increase in volume of the glandular tissue (from hormone sensitivity - externally taken or endogenous) or the formation of an abnormal mass or tumor.  I would recommend evaluation by your gynecologist as a first step in determining the cause of your increased size.
