Breast Implant - burning after 1 month post-op

I just received silcone filled breast implant one month ago and I have a burning sensation in my left breast.  I noticed something that looks like pictures of Mondor's Cord near the place it's burning and also had a small hematoma in that area.  I have also noticed a lump in my right arm pit that occured the same day I noticed the burning.  Is it possible that the implant has ruptured already?  Is there another explanation?  How would I know there's a rupture without having a (expensive) MRI done?  Thank you for your help!

A ruptured silicone gel implant would be asymptomatic and highly unlikely at only one month post-op.  Clearly, the symptoms you are now experiencing are directly related to healing from surgery and are very common.  Your surgeon can reassure you.
