Breast Lift Advisable

Breast Lift Advisable

I am 30 yrs old, would like to start a family in a year or 2, however, I am a 40 DDD, and am 5'4".  I was always a very large 36 C before I got married at 21 years old.  I have lost weight since I got married, but my breasts never reduce with the rest of me.  I would like to get a breast reduction, but when I have children, would like to breast feed.  In the meantime, I have alot of spillage on the sides of my breasts, and wonder if a little lipo suction and lift would reduce them somewhat symetrically and still keep them looking good, without scaring or nominal scaring, and usable in the future for my babies?  After having children, could I get the breast reduction, even if I got the lift and lipo on the sides now?  Please help!  I don't mind being a D, but a DDD is too much.

Liposuction of the breasts is possible, but with the size of your breasts, I would caution that the amount of reduction may be limited.  A breast lift is also possible, but may be advisable at the time of breast reduction after you have children and have completed nursing.  Your breasts will likely undergo shape and volume change with pregnancy and since you plan to do the major procedure then, it seems best to accomplish everything then.  There is some risk of loss of ability to breast feed after a breast reduction, so postponing the surgery until after you family is complete would be best.
