Breast augmentation revision

A day after breast augmentation I slammed the car door, evidently dislodging the implant. They are beneath the muscle and were done in 2007. My Doctor has twice told me to take Advil and buy a good support bra.  I have been in constant discomfort and pain. At this point I need to know if I would be better off finding a doctor to remove them or tack the right breast and just live with my decision.

You need an evaluation by a plastic surgeon.  Persistent pain three years after an augmentation is highly unusual and I have little doubt that removal of the implants will result in resolution of your discomfort.
