Breast distortion after fibroadenoma removal

Hello,
  I am a 26 year old women, and recently underwent surgery to removal several fibroadenoma from my left breast. The operative report findings read as: "Multiple fibroadenomas with sclerotic surrounding reactive tissue. Pathology specimen was submitted with 3 pieces, the first 4.5 centimeters, the second 2 cm, and the third 1cm." The surgery took place the day after Christmas, so approximately 7 weeks ago.
  My entire breast is still very bruised,my nipple does not become hard, and the scar is still very visible, (the latter of which I expected at this point). What is worrying me is how hard my breast continues to stay, and the shape my breast has now taken.This breast was already somewhat smaller than the other, so I wonder how much of a difference there will be now, if any. You can actually see where the inside side of my breast used to be, there is a line/indent. The worst part is that there are parts of my breast that are flat, and very misshapen.  Is this to be expected at this point, and will this improve with time (and if so how much time)? If there is a chance that this will not improve is there a surgery that can be done to improve this, and if so what would that entail (and would insurance cover it)?
  I am thrilled that I now have a clean bill of health, it was a long month of anxiety! I feel somewhat silly asking about this because it sounds so vain, but I would just like to know what I can expect. I am embarrassed for my husband to see me topless now. I am also worried that this may cause complications with breast feeding, as my husband and I are discussing trying to conceive in the near future.
  Any help anyone could give, or any shared experience would be greatly appreciated!!

The final outcome for breast shape will take at least three or four more months.  At that time, a proper assessment of what, if anything, needs to be done for breast shape can be made.  It is not possible to determine anything at this early stage.  Shooting pains after breast surgery are common and usually become less frequent and ultimately disappear over time.

Sorry, forgot to add one other question. Although the pain is generally gone, I still occasionally get stabbing and/or shooting pains in the breast that was operated on. Is this normal, maybe the tissue or nerves healing?
