Breast reduction help

My name i s whitney and I am 22 years old ever since high school my breast kept growing and i started getting back problems and couldn't sleep comfortable. I use to dance and and can no longer. I am a DD going on F and it hurts so bad. I don't have insurance or a lot of money and i lost 100 pounds and feel like my breast are getting heavier. what can i do?
