Capsule and lump

I got my breast augmentation in June of 07, it has not been a year yet.  I found out that I was pregnant in Jan. 08.  I started developing severe pain and hardness on my right breast, especially when I'm laying down and on my side.  It's going to be 1 month now that I'm still suffering from it.  I saw my surgeon doctor 1 wk ago and she told me, that most likely I developed a capsule and that due to my pregnancy it can happen.  The other day I was laying down and felt a lump underneath my nipple .  What do you think my problem could really be??

The right breast pain and hardness is undoubtedly capsule contracture as noted by your plastic surgeon.  I am not sure if this has anything to do with your pregnancy.  The lump beneath your nipple needs to be examined and followed by your obstetrician or a general surgeon.  It is most likely a cyst.
