Chicken pox scar

I had chicken pox a few months ago (April) and I still have a lot of scars. Some are light, some are dark, and usually those dark marks are raised a bit. I have one on my chest that is raised, it's red and sometimes itchy. my sister said it might be a keloid. Any ideas on how to cure it? But I know that keloid scars should get bigger.. but it didn't grow any bigger these few months..

A variety of techniques can be used to potentially control the chest wall scar.  
Scar in this location are more prone to keloid formation.  Treatments range from steroid injections to application of silicone gel sheeting.  A consultation with a dermatologist or a plastic srugeon would be advisable.
