Cranioplasty particulars

I am a 21 year old male and have a skull that is oddly formed. Usually I wouldn't have a problem with it, except for my forehead is getting more and more slanted. At this moment my forhead is over 4 inches long and has a greater angle slant than my nose. This both looks really awkward and is causing some problems. My hairline has no idea where it is suppose to be so is recieding in a very odd pattern. My helmit in ROTC keeps sliding down into my eyesight because the strap on the inside can't hold onto my head properly (which could cause big problems in the field). Hairstyles are impossible, hats never fit or if they do I have to wear them on my eyebrow or the will blow off.

I wish to know what procedures are available as well as the costs and recovery time. But I don't know who to talk to. When I went to my doctor he treated me very rudly and I could tell he was upset that I wasn't content with my body, but he doesn't understand that it's causing real issues. Any help would be good. Thank you.

I would consult with a craniofacial surgeon.  It would be impossibel to determine the feasibility of correction of your problem without and examination and appropriate radiologic studies.
