Do I have permanent damage after facelift

I had a lower facelift 3 years ago. Since then I have noticed that my face appears lopsided in photos and I am also experiencing a paralysis in my left eye upon waking almost every morning. I also have an area that appears to be pulling almost looks like a sting running from my jaw near my mountr to my ear lobe. I am so unhappy. My so called plastic surgeon left the country after performing my surgery. I wish I had never done it.
