Eyelid droops after botox

Eyelid droops after botox

Hello, I had botox done on JAN 14th.  By the 19th I noticed that my left eye lid droops and feels heavy.  This is quite scary, even though the doctoe that did it says it is not permenant I would like to know the following:

1.  Can this condition be permenant, could I have receieved permant nerve damage from this procedure.
2. How long before this goes away
3. It has now been over two weeks, can the drooping get any worse or has it gotten as bad as it can get
4. Can this problem effect my vision?

The injected Botox has infiltrated down to the elevator muscle of your left eyelid and partially paralyzed it.  There is no permanent damage, and like Botox placed anywhere, it's effect will resolve in three to four months.
