Fat Necrosis

I had breast reduction surgery about six years ago and it is the best thing I have ever had done.  A couple of years ago I had a lump which was diagnosed as fat necrosis and I have since noticed a couple more.  Though they cause no pain that are anoying and I find myself constantly feeling them.  If they were to be removed are they likely to cause more fat necrosis due to more scar tissue?

Excision of areas of fat necrosis would be unlikely to result in additional areas of poor circulation to adjacent fat.  The necrosis occurred at the time of your original procedure and would not be reproduced with a simple excision later.
