Fenular band reconstruction

I have been taping for 20 years now and I have ok coverage. I'd like a tapered shape that holds in place without tape.

I'm wondering if this can be done without actually removing any skin (I don't like "removing a little 'v' of skin"). Maybe by making horizontal incisions and closing them vertically? Or by making some "z" cuts and reversing the flaps? These techniques would actually lengthen the results a little, correct?

I have heard of a doc does this, and who inserts a platinum wire around the circumference of the new opening. Scar tissue builds up around the wire, and that acts as a band to keep it in place. Can you do this?

Thanks

Can this be done by making hori

This surgery requires a urologist or a plastic surgeon who specializes in urologic procedures.  There is no way to determine, without a direct examination, from your written description, if any procedure is feasible or appropiate.

If you grow enough skin, there will be enough extending past the glans (glands) to hold itself in place. You may want to research a more efficient way of expanding the skin, unless that was a typo and you meant just 2 years. Manual stretching techniques (tugging the skin by hand) work well for men either restoring their foreskin or lengthening a short one.

I can think of a few problems with using a wire. The wire would not expand or contract during and after an erection and it would move around inside the penis and not stay in place. It would also be uncomfortable when erect and possibly cause scarring. If the wire were covered in a rubber like silicone it would help but the wire and silicone might deteriorate and need to be replaced every few years.
