Flabby Stomache

I am a 46 year old women and would like to know what is involved with having a tummy tuck or liposuction.  I have had three children, one by way of a c-section.

I find it very hard to lose weight and tighten my stomache.

What do you recommend.

It is most likely that you are a candidate for a tummy tuck.  The details of this procedure should be discussed in consultation with a local plastic surgeon.  An alternative might be liposuction, but while this procedure is less extensive than a tummy tuck, the results can be much less dramatic, particularly if you do not have good skin tone.  All of this can be addressed at the time of a consultation.
