Flat Skull (any help)?

I have a flat head since birth iam 39yrs old now the back of my skull is really deformed i also have an indent that is about the size of a quarter that swells up and gets hard almost like a goose egg by times then other times it is soft and i can push in on it feels like my skull is not fused because of my flathead i have problems with vision on my right side my hearing is not that good either because of this i have suffered also with bad headaches as well have even started having difficult swallowing have always had problem but is getting worse  i was wondering if anything to correct the flatness and indent could be done?
