Foreskin Restoration touchup

I was unfortunately circumcised as an infant but I have restored enough skin to have a functional foreskin (although without the special nerves and structure and such), the benefits are great but I would be interested in knowing if there are any ways to get the end of the foreskin to tighten up more like a natural foreskin

This is an unusal request and your condition would need to be evaluated by a urologist to determine the feasibility of your request.

It can be done and a urologist is not the only doctor that can do it.A minor surgery to remove a V-shaped piece of skin can be done. Here is more info for you

Q: Did he put you under?

No, he used local anesthesia, about 20 shots. I wanted to be conscious. And he was very good; he discussed what he was doing. He made a comment right before he made the first cut; he said, "This is the hardest part for me." I said, "Why?" He said, "Because it took you so long to get this new skin."

He didn't cut any of the length, he took a little "V" part out of the new frenar band I created, and closed it up.

The time taken to achieve full coverage varies considerably, depending in large part on the initial length of the residual foreskin. While some men have achieved remarkable results in just a few months, the process can take as long as one to two years. Once full coverage of the bell end has been achieved, the natural narrowing of the tip of the foreskin (the “frenar band”) can be additionally reconstructed by minor plastic surgery, such as tissue removal or suturing (best to get the professionals in for this part). Et voila, your very own little pink riding hood, just like nature intended.

While this surgery can be done, a less drastic measure would be to grow enough skin that it extends past the glans (glands) and holds itself in place.

A restored foreskin will never function exactly the same as the regular foreskin due to the lack of the frenar band at the tip which is more elastic in nature than the rest of the skin on the penis.

What are the great benefits?

The two biggest benefits of restoration would be regaining the protective covering of the glans (glands) and the gliding function of the foreskin. The benefits of the surgery mentioned here are a more natural tapered appearance and that the new foreskin will stay on the glans (glands) better.
